The following policies are to ensure all guests and clientele receive the highest quality entertainment experience possible. We appreciate your business and will continue to do our best at providing a comfortable movie-going environment that keeps you coming back continuously.

  • All guests MUST adhere to and follow our directional entry.
  • CINELOUNGE® HOLLYWOOD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
  • ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • NO CELL PHONES ARE PERMITTED. Cell phones are a distraction to your fellow audience members and disrespectful to the ones who brought the film to life. Violators will be asked to leave the theater.
  • No one will be seated for more than 10 minutes after screening has begun. If you happen to arrive 10 minutes or more after the showtime then you will not be allowed inside.
  • No one under the age of 17 will be admitted to any R-rated movies without a parent/guardian present.
  • No one under the age of 13 will be admitted to any PG-13 movies without a parent/guardian present.
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED.
  • SMOKING AND DRINKING ARE PROHIBITED.
  • NO CARRYING OF CONCEALED WEAPONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
  • PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING DEVICES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • Cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices MUST be either turned off or silenced during screening. This also includes lowering down the screen brightness to not interfere with the audience or screening. Any guest member whose cell phone interferes with the screening will be asked to leave.
  • Tickets are not guaranteed past 15 minutes after showtime.
  • All Cinelounge® Hollywood performances are accessible to those who are disabled.

FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH ANY OF CINELOUNGE® HOLLYWOOD INDOOR THEATRE POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES.

 

Ticketing Policies

All Cinelounge® Hollywood Indoor Theatre tickets at the moment are for Reserved Seating.

 

Assisted Listening Devices

Cinelounge® Hollywood Indoor Theatre offers headphones for those individuals with limited assisted listening needs. Not all films shown at  Cinelounge® Hollywood have closed captioning, so be certain to check the film page for the title to be certain.
